Lamb Chili

The INGREDIENTS
500g lamb, minced
Half a red onion, minced
¼ cup green onion, minced
1 garlic clove, chopped
A pinch of salt
A pinch of pepper
Crushed chili to taste
Taco seasoning, to taste
½ cup of cherry tomatoes, cut in half
Cilantro, chopped, to taste
½ cup corn kernels
½ black beans
¼ poultry stock
The PREPARATION
1. In a skillet, add onions and garlic. Brown.
2. Add minced veal. Cook well.
3. Add taco seasoning, salt, pepper, crushed chili, and chopped cilantro, to taste. Add poultry stock to make the mixture smoother.
5. Rest.
6. Before serving, add beans, corn kernels, and tomatoes to the pan. Heat for a few minutes.
7. Serve in a bowl.
Note: The same recipe can be made with ground pork, veal, or beef.
