Our hamburger patties are made from our premium ground beef, a special mix of pork and beef chuck and boneless chuck for an exceptional flavour. Satisfy your family’s appetite at your barbecues and most of all, don’t waste any time making patties! Enjoy the moment!

The
COOKING


On the barbecue:
  1. Preheating: Heat the barbecue to a very high temperature (around 250-300°C).
  2. Cooking: On the hot grill, sear the patties over direct heat for about 2-3 minutes on each side. This will create a crispy crust and keep the juices inside.
    After searing, move the patties to an indirect heat zone to finish cooking gently. This allows the inside to cook evenly without burning the outside.
  3. Finishing: Add cheese at the last minute if you’re using any, and cover to let it melt nicely. Remove from the barbecue and let rest for 1-2 minutes before serving.

Tip: To prevent them from puffing up too much in the center, make a small indentation with your thumb before placing them on the grill.

In the pan:
  1. Preheating: Heat a cast iron or non-stick pan over very high heat with a bit of oil or butter to properly sear the patties.
  2. Cooking: Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side to achieve a nice golden crust.
    Turn off the heat and continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes on each side. At this stage, add our delicious Chicoine spices on each side. If you like your patties rare, adjust the cooking time accordingly.
  3. Finishing: Add cheese during the last minute of cooking and cover the pan to let the cheese melt. Once cooked, remove the patties from the pan and let them rest for 1-2 minutes before serving.

Tip: Do not press down on the patty with the spatula during cooking to keep all the juices inside. This ensures a juicy and flavorful patty.
